Applied Automation Industrial Systems has launched a range of Swedish conveyors at this year’s PPMA Show.

Carryline’s flexible plastic chain conveyors are trusted around the world for materials handling in industries including food, packaging and pharmaceutical. The launch featured a spiral conveyor as part of a robot spelling challenge.

Managing Director, David Rowe said: “I’m delighted with the level of interest at the show. The Carryline conveyors are impressive and can be built to meet a customer’s specific requirements. Applied is now the sole national agent for Carryline in the UK and Northern Ireland and we provide a full design and installation service.”

The conveyors are easy to adapt and low maintenance. They offer a solution for moving virtually any lightweight goods horizontally and vertically.

Mr Rowe added: “We also had a lot of interest in turnkey solutions. Our engineering division can offer an extended service, integrating the conveyors into systems with a degree of automation.”

Carryline is a family business that has been manufacturing conveyors for more than fifty years. Development and production is carried out in-house to ensure quality control and short lead times.
