Motion control specialist Lenze rose above a highly competitive group of products to reach the final in the Technical Innovation of the Year at the prestigious Motion Control Industry Awards 2017 with its i500 inverter range WLAN module.
The judging panel was impressed with how the i500 WLAN module innovation benefits commissioning engineers throughcontactless setting and adjustment of inverter parameters by Smartphone App. This allows engineers to view the machine operation from a safe location, reducing commissioning time and making the process more simple and efficient.
